Account Registration & Management

You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

Subscriptions & Payments

We offer free and paid subscription plans. The specific terms for paid subscriptions are as follows:

• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the current subscription period.
• Free Trials: Any free trial period we offer will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, but we will notify you of any changes in advance.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide refunds for partial unused subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

TranslateX provides a browser extension that enables users to translate content on social media platforms. Our services rely on third-party AI models such as OpenAI's GPT, Google Gemini, and Anthropic's Claude for processing translation requests.

We strive to ensure the availability and accuracy of our services, but cannot guarantee that translation results will be completely accurate or appropriate in all cases. Translation quality may vary based on language, context, and other factors.

User Conduct

You agree to comply with the following when using our Services:

• Not use our Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or overburden them
• Not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Not attempt to access, tamper with, or use non-public areas of our Services, computer systems, or our providers' technical delivery systems
• Not collect or solicit personal data from other users
• Not use our Services to distribute viruses or other malicious code

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, but provisions of these Terms that expressly or by their nature survive termination will continue to apply.
